【MDSD：Multi Directional Strength Development】 自在に動くための「出力の質」を鍛える。 MDSDは、Movement Fundamentals（ムーブメントファンダメンタルズ）®︎で学ぶ多方向的な動きの強化に不可欠な Movement Primitive（MP）＝出力の最小単位の“強化”を目的としたプログラムです。 MOFで扱ってきた“PUSH”の本質、 つまり目的や文脈に応じて多方向に力を発揮・伝達する力。 それは、自在な動きを支える根幹です。 本講座では、スクワット、デッドリフト、プレス、プルなどの シンプルかつ強力なレジスタンストレーニングを軸に、 ユニラテラル／バイラテラル動作を段階的に組み合わせながら 爆発的筋力を“スピード”と“方向性”を伴った出力へと変換していきます。 MOFでは理解と構築までだったMP。 MDSDでは、その出力能力・方向性・適応力にフォーカスし、 パフォーマンスを一段階上の次元へ引き上げます。 動きを変えるのではない。 動きの“素材”を強くする。 MDSを支える真の力を、ここで獲得してください。 | Asaku
