バジルソースプロに教えてもらったら！簡単2週間保存 2週間保存できる！ 冷凍保存OK！ ポイントおさえれは フレッシュな香り♪ 材料少な目で超簡単でした 💡point 茎は入れない。 若い葉だけ使う。 バジルを生かす為、香り少ない油を使う。 粉チーズや塩は使うと時に入れる。 💡理由 茎や育ち過ぎた葉を使うと苦味(アク)がでてしまうから入れない。 バジルに塩や粉チーズをミキサーにかけるレシピも多いけれど、塩分でかえって風味や状態の劣化が進む。フレッシュさ、チーズの風味が生かせないので、ソース自体には調味料を加えない。料理に使う時に味付けすると良いとの事。 ■材料１人分 バジル 20g ニンニク 1片 アーモンドプードル 15g 米油 50ml(大4) コショウ 適量 ※本来は松の実を使うのですが、無いので菓子作りで使うアーモンドを使用しました。ナッツなら何でもOK。無くても作れます。 ■作り方 1. バジルは洗って茎をとる 2. ニンニクは芯の部分を取り除く 3. 全ての食材をミキサーに入れ撹拌する 4. 綺麗な瓶に詰めて出来上がり 5. 食べる時に粉チーズと塩を加えて仕上げる ーー
