🧩 Components of the System ✔️ 1. Heated Humidifier (MR850) - Warms gas to 37°C and fully saturates it with water vapor. - Prevents mucosal drying at high flows. - Uses temperature probes and heater-wire circuits to maintain stable humidity. ✔️ 2. Heated Breathing Tube - Contains heater wires to prevent condensation (“rainout”). - Connects humidifier → Optiflow cannula. ✔️ 3. Optiflow Nasal Cannula - Wide‑bore prongs designed for high flows. - Soft, flexible, comfortable for long-term use. - All
